Can anyone anwser me this question..?

we have an proxy server(A) installed in a system, and it is made to be
authenticated. Another apache proxy server(B) is installed in the
network and all the output of this proxy is forwarded to that proxy
server....
Through apache browser i have configured the manual proxy ip as apache
proxy server(B)...when i gave as google.com it checks for username and
password but it is not connected why..? but directly giving proxy
server in manual ip config. it gets connected.!!!!!Is there anything
we have to edit in apache httpd conf file.....? All these things is
done on windows....
