IIS server support - FTP connection reset

Please help!!!!!

I am having a wierd issue with the FTP server running on IIS 6.0.

It randomly throws out users while uploading big files (zip files of > 500MB) with an error
" Netout: Connection reset by peer
Connection closed by remote host "

and on the server application log, it gives warning as
"User xyz at host 0.0.0.0 has timed-out after 180 seconds of inactivity."

I have updated the win 2003 server with latest patches
.net framework 2
changed network card and cable
changed idle session timeout to 1000 seconds
