Hello all,

I'm thinking of using Apache as a sort of frontend http server which
will support both POST and GET operations.
Now the data that I send or recieve will have to be transported by
some means to a backend process which is not part of the running
apache process.
2 Questions;

1 How is this usually/efficiently done, CGI scripts written in perl, C
or ???

2 If this is so then surely some kind of socket communication is used?

Am I on the right track here? Any suggestions on how to approach this
are welcome.

Greetz,

Bram
