Author Roxen: Include HTTP header for P3P

Hi newsgroup,

for a Roxen webserver running Bugzilla, I would like to include a http
header field for the platform for privacy preferences (P3P). I need this
because I integrated this Bugzilla in a web portal, which causes cookie
problems in Internet Explorer 6 if no privacy policy is available. As I have
found out, Roxen knows a <header> tag to add header fields. But
unfortunately, this would mean that I only can add headers in self-made HTML
pages. What could I do if I would like to add a header field to all pages
served by a CGI application like Bugzilla? Is there any way to do this
transparently, i.e. without changing the application (in my case Bugzilla)
itself?

Regards,
Thomas
