If you are concerned about being targeted by the RIAA and its
music-sharing lawsuits, check out ShareControl™, the first
"self-policing" software designed to allow you to take control of the
music sharing capabilities on your enterprise computers. The
application searches your users' hard drives for the most popular
music-sharing programs and reports the status of any programs found
(Sharing enabled or disabled), as well as all MP3 files. You can then
take appropriate action to protect your company. For more
information, visit http://www.music-amnesty.com.

the RIAA can suck my **** attractive female members need only apply
so essentially this software searches a network for key file systems
and reads wether that system is active like say in the running
processes etc...

A few comments
1 I think the who riaa thing is bs
2 shouldn't companies restrict no company approved files anyway and
have locks to prevent non admin insalls i.e. a computer/technicians
department
3. I can understand exactly how the software is designed but really
the riaa has no rights to police your infrastructure anyway nor your
information broadcasts hell unless your doing something illegal the
fbi and isps etc.. shouldn't be monitoring your datatransfer anyway
either that or just encrypt the stuff datatamplering last I knew was a
felony or somethign like that the NSA can suck my **** too attractive
female members need only apply... its all bloddy bs..
