I have my own website being hosted, but its very hard to write code, upload
it, test it, fix it, rinse and repeat. So I downloaded Apache 2.0.48, and
PHP 4.3.4 I have it up and running, but first I couldnt get it to load a PHP
page like it does for an html page (IE. index.php) I have read all the
install files, visited both Apache and PHP's websites, and still cant get it
to work. First I would get a directory dump if I went to a page that had an
index.php file in it, then after finagaling with the .conf file I finaly got
it to send the .php page, but now it keeps trying to download it. I have
seen a few other posts with this exact problem, but none of their solutions
worked for me. Can anyone help?
