Author Apache Authentification without Authorization

Hi,

I am using Apache 1.3 with mod_ntlm and Apache 2.0 with mod_auth_sspi
for autorizing users by windows NTLM. If NTLM-Autorization fails,
apache displays whether the 401 Error page or a prompt for BASIC
Authorization.

What I want Apache to do is ignoring the need to login and just
forwarding to my own login page, where I am doing the authentification
myself, if ntlm auth fails.

I would appreciate for any ideas.
Sven.
