Hi Folks,

I would be pleased to know what would be the best option of operating system and web server (RH/Apache Vs Win2k/IIS), the underlying hardware is going to be the same irrespective of the OS or web server. Any information in terms of performance, scaliblity and stability between these two options would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Sam

I would definitely go for Apache because it's more flexible to program
(PHP, Python, Htaccess, Open Source modules). But IIS of course is not
the worst either, like ASP.NET is a pretty good programming framework.
