Can't log in localhost!!!

Hey guys, I have a problem. I have installed the XAMPP project on my computer and when I start "Xampp basic start" (It starts apache, mysql and other) I could go on localhost and preview my pages, but now I can't. I don't know why, maybe because I installed Advanced System Optimizer and there I have optimized some things (also about internet connection and network). And yes, I have reinstalled the XAMPP but it don't works

I am desperate, please help!!
