Everyone,

I hope you can see my posts, and Linksky's, for what they truly are.
I live my life with integrity and honesty, so when someone tries to
attack that it sheds a light on their character, not mine. I have no
reason to post about this except to try to prevent others the needless
stress I have endured. I appreciate when others do the same and now I
have a greater insight into how they feel when someone attempts to
attack them in return without merit.

I do not reccommend any specific hosting company. I shouldn't, I am
not an expert. I do not work for any computer hosting company,
despite Joseph's attempts to discredit me as he doesn't have the truth
on his side. I am entirely outside the computer field and do not know
enough about servers to tell anyone which one to choose. While I am
happy with the one I have switched to, I am sure there are many others
out there that I would be equally pleased with. I am sure many times
people get what they are told they are buying. With Linksky I did
not.

Yes, I am sure there must be a lot of dirty stuff that goes on in this
business; with Joseph in the business I can't see how it cannot. It
just does not make sense to me why someone would behave the way he
has. How sad.

I respect that it can be difficult for readers to sort out the truth.
I am just doing my best to warn others. I wish I knew how someone is
supposed to share their legitimate experience without someone falsely
opining as to motives. I guess when dealing with someone like Joseph,
it is unavoidable.

I do not speak to his other disputes. I know other details after
posting initially. But I only speak for myself. What I can tell you
is what I do know to be true, and I have done that. Based on what I
have seen and experienced, I would never, under any circumstance,
suggest that anyone use Linksky. I have never, in my life, felt this
strongly about a company before. I feel funny because it seems silly
and so unimportant in the scheme of things. But I would not want
anyone to be lied to, cheated, threatened, treated poorly, and falsely
accused. I would not want people to waste their money and time, and
have to fight to get it back. I would not want people to think they
are buying what the website tells them they are buying, and what they
are told on the phone that they are buying, only to learn later that
what was purchased can be changed whenever to whatever the company
wants.

If anyone searching the newsgroup looking for a hosting company is
considering Linksky, that is your own decision to make. There are so
many other companies out there that actually serve their customers.
The choice is yours. I only ask that you take my experience into
consideration. I also rest in the knowledge that Joseph has shown
people himself his lack of integrity so people can make informed
decisions.

Best,
Theresa

This person had a LinkSky account for exactly 36 hours (more detail below).

All fees paid were immediately refunded to her, per our 60 day refund guarantee. There were no chargebacks, no disputes. We have hard documentation to prove this.

Click this link for other people's experience at LinkSky - http://www.linksky.com/comments.html

There is also a section in the LinkSky Support forum for suggestions, feedback and complaints - http://www.linksky.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=10

LinkSky is currently host to thousands of very satisfied customers.

------------

Responding to this very old post - Please know that this post was made by a person that blew up when she changed her domain record and the results did not take effect instantly. Basically she thought it was our fault.

After a domain record change (update name server addresses), there will always be a 24 to 48 hour propagation period before any domain becomes active.

We did everything possible to help her to understand what was occurring, but we were only met with wild accusations and hostility.

We have never threatened this woman, and would never have any reason to do anything of this kind. However, due to the extremely bizarre nature of her reactions (and her posting rampage after she left LinkSky) we developed the theory that she was a "plant" from a competitive hosting firm. (Which may very well be true as such tactics have been used before by unethical hosting companies.)

If you are wondering about LinkSky, or looking for a very solid hosting provider based in the USA, please visit LinkSky.com and look through our forum and the other posted comments from LinkSky members and others. We have thousands of very satisfied customers, many of which refer their friends and associates for a very pleasing, long-term web hosting experience.

Thank you,
-- Joseph Maas, support management, LinkSky
