Web Servers General Talk - seeking CD web server

I want a CD to autorun some program that resides on the CD. The
program serves the web pages and other files that are stored on the
media. I want all of this to run without using any other programs from
the host workstation. I do not want to boot or similar to get access
to the CD -- simply insert, launch, and (sic) serve.

I would prefer that this program be Open Source but I have an open mind
on that.
I know that I have seen a link to something but I cannot find it.
