| SEALED AND UNREPORTED SECRET IN NIGERIA 1989 – PRESENT ON JUNE 12,
1993 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: REASON WHY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT IS STAR
OR CROWN SUSPECT IN THE ANNULMENT OF JUNE 12, 1993 PRESIDENTIAL
ELECTION AND KILLINGS OF CHIEF MKO ABIOLA, CHIEF KUDIRAT ABIOLA AND
KEN-SARO WIWA.
June 1, 2005 – dedicated to the Unlawful Annulment of the June 12,
1993 Presidential Election of Nigeria and position Article for
Remembrance Anniversary June 12, 2005
1. HABITUAL CHAMELEON OR DOUBLE STANDARD ROLE PLAYER
a. The Publishers advice that the June 12, 2005 be
celebrated without violence and that the theme articled is true and be
put into memorial and investigative perspectives and legal action be
taken to prevent the renewed murder of any leaders campaigning for
justice, human rights, democracy and freedom inside and outside
Nigeria.
b. On June 12, 2005 prayer be made in all religion and other
organizations specially for the falling comrades, men and
women-in-arms and other supporters for human rights, justice, freedoms
and democracy across the world. Human rights, justice, freedoms and
democracy are the best gift, which Almighty God bestowed unto the
world and created beings.
c. In both ancient and modern times, in any conflict,
political and non-political assassinations, coup d'etat, etc the
foreign and domestic actors are sealed and not exposed if the emerging
authorities are direct and indirect actors to the within action.
d. Certain thinkers in the world decided not to raise strong
blame on the insurgents that pulled the triggers and killed a victim.
Instead, these thinkers preferred to through heavy blame punches on
the domestic and international organized cartels that sponsor the
insurgents and insurgencies including providing fund and buying or
manufacturing of the bullets, riffles, bombs, and other ammunitions
purpose of taking the lives of innocent and armless children, men and
women and destruction of properties.
e. The issue articled must be used as lesson especially the
secret and unlawful forces and influences of the domestic and
international organized cartels like the Canadian government and its
agencies to apply all sorts of religious, ethnic, racial,
psychological and related spiritual means to hypnosis, manipulate and
brainwash children, men and women to engage in different defiant
activities in Nigeria.
f. For example, the Canadian government is supporting
several NGOs in Nigeria and in the same vein support the government
that the NGOs are opposing. The support on both side is not directed
towards peacemaking, peacekeeping, security, social and economic
development, culture and religion cooperation, legal and related
development program.
g. The position of the Canadian government in Nigeria is
like the position of the Canadian government in the longstanding
conflict between Israel and Palestine and several other places. Canada
is a country, which believes in surviving under crisis by playing
double standard role among the disputant. In the cases of the people,
they called "OTHERS", Canada is a country that does not believe in
tendering apology on infraction against innocent people;
reconciliation; mediation; and related alternative justice mechanism.
Instead of these alternative justice measures, Canada believes in
using gang and other cruel action to kill the victim.
2. SPECIFIC CASE OF HABITUAL CHAMELEON OR DOUBLE STANDARD
ROLE
a. Chief (Mrs.) Kudirat Abiola in Chief MKO Abiola is seen
as the major force that would fight to the end of any legal mechanism
on earth to release June 12, 1993 presidential election won by her
husband. This the remote cause for her murder. The principal cause is
that plot was already underway to use prison as pretence to gas and
kill Chief MKO Abiola and that after this prison borne murder no voice
in the type of Chief(Mrs) Kudirat Abiola would emerge to challenge the
Nazi prison designed murder.
b. On June 4, 1996, the Canadian officials invited Chief
(Mrs.) Kudirat Abiola to meeting in Lagos, Nigeria. One of the
Publishers, Pastor Moses Chiejina was the Spiritual Adviser to Mrs.
Abiola. Pastor Chiejina advised Mrs. Abiola to cancel the meeting but
due to the hypnosis, manipulate and brainwash native made medicine and
spirituality, which the Canadian government and its agencies use to
hypnotize and compel its preys, she persisted to attend the meeting.
Under do or die Pastor Chiejina accompanied Mrs. Abiola to the meeting
but en-route to the meeting the vision emerged and he prophesized to
Mrs. Abiola of the need to stop the convoy and return home. At this
point, Pastor Chiejina left or exited the vehicle and returned home,
Mrs. Abiola proceeded, and few distances away, she was gruesomely
assassinated. Some of the Publishers demanded Nigeria Police to
interrogate the Canadian officials that invited Mrs. Abiola to the
meeting as some of the suspects.
c. In the years 2003 and 2004, Pastor Chiejina sent series of
alerts detailing that his and his family's lives have been threatened
by score of assassins and local terrorists. The Direct Investigative
Wing (DIW) of the Publishers designed special close investigation on
the Canadian agencies in West Africa and members of the defunct
military regime of Nigeria. The meetings between the Canadian High
Commissions in Ghana and Nigeria and the families and certain members
of the defunct military regime show that there is plot to kill Pastor
Chiejina because these murderers desire to clean all leads to the
murder of Mr. and Mrs. Abiola. One of the few major outstanding lead
is Pastor Chiejina. The Publishers have issued communiqué on this and
warn the Canadian government and the families and certain members of
the defunct military regime and others to rescind any plan to murder
Pastor Chiejina. The friendly advice to them is that due to reason
best known to the regime in place now to unlock the prison and release
you, if you are not persons that prefer crime and prison than free
life in open society, the best decision for you is to stay clear from
crime and return to your religion and beg God for forgiveness and
reconcile with the society to enable you live peaceful life. The DIW
has continued the investigation and close watch.
d. On June 12, 1993, Chief MKO Abiola won the most
transparent and fair Presidential Elections in Nigeria. Based on the
information, which the Publishers gathered from the Canadian
opposition and pro-Canadian government informants, the Publishers
intervened immediately following the annulment of the election.
e. During the efforts to meet with Chief MKO Abiola
personally, the Publishers found that the Canadian officials and some
Nigerians blocked access to see Chief MKO Abiola. Deceitfully, the
Canadian officials were closely staged beside Chief MKO Abiola to
deceive or misadvise him on decision to take during the early risky
stage of the annulment of the election. Then the Canadian government
was using their chameleon and evil plan of serving two masters,
Nigerian government and Chief MKO Abiola. Directly and indirectly, the
Canadian government and some Nigerians deceived Chief MKO Abiola to
remain in Nigeria and proclaim himself as the winner of this election,
which was a lawful and constitutional action, but the charged
situation in Nigeria under power and oil paranoids was not suitable
for such action.
f. Dr. Phillip Ofume was sent to Benin City, Nigeria by the
Publishers to attend the meeting organized by the Campaign for
Democracy (CD Nigeria) and other Human Rights Organizations in
Nigeria. When crackdown was suspected at the original venue, the
meeting was moved to the university of Benin Campus. During the
meeting, Dr. Ofume was the second speaker and he spoke and addressed
the issue surrounding June 12 Election. Through Dr. Ofume the
Publishers issued serious notice upon Chief MKO Abiola through the
meeting and the Publishers requested Chief MKO Abiola to leave Nigeria
immediately to any friendly and safe country and if possible to form
his government there.
g. The wrong advice issued to him by the Canadian government
and other Nigerians, made him to remain in Nigeria where he was
arrested and detained. Further information revealed that the Canadian
government gave the Nigerian government the Nazi method to deal with
Chief MKO Abiola in the prison including gassing him with dangerous
chemicals. Chief MKO Abiola suffered in the prison and died on July 7,
1998.
h. The conspiracy to kill Mr. & Mrs. Abiola was horrible
and painful and dead and living Nigerians alone should address this
cruelty legally and peacefully starting from today June 1, 2005. On
July 7, 1998 the criminals sent an errand runner, Mr. Kofi Annan to
Nigeria but what purpose, if Mr. Annan had folded his hands during the
after the annulment of the best election in Nigeria and long
imprisonment of Chief MKO Abiola without trial what would Mr. Annan be
doing in Nigeria soon as the dead of Chief MKO Abiola was announced.
i. The conspiracy did not end with Mr. Annan, the
criminals invited Canadian Physician and other national and
international friends in crime to perform autopsy on late Chief MKO
Abiola purpose of suppressing the cause of the death of Chief MKO
Abiola.
j. The meetings the Publishers had with late Comrade Ken
Saro-wiwa showed that the Canadian government was funding the campaign
of Comrade Ken Saro-wiwa. From time to time, the Canadian government
and its agencies have remained the best secret and open dangerous
friend of the Government of Nigeria and soon Nigeria will be flooded
with indecent element with the capacity of axis of evil to disrupt the
social, economic and political activities of Nigeria.
k. During the time of the kangaroo trial of Comrade Ken
Saro-wiwa by the military tribunal, without mercy, Canadian government
was praising Comrade Ken Saro-wiwa on daytime and killing Comrade Ken
Saro-wiwa at nighttime. During the time Comrade Ken Saro-wiwa and
other others were detained and arraigned before the court and
sentenced to death, Canadian government was one of the major
governments, the Nigerian government will not ignore its plea for
mercy because under huge darkness and brain washing and loss of
self-esteem, the Nigerian government believe in them. The information,
which the Publishers gathered oversea, shows that the Canadian
government advised the hanging of Comrade Ken Saro-wiwa and 8 others
on November 10, 1995.
I. Since April 20, 1998 when Dr. Ofume and his family were
resettled in Canada by the UN, the Canadian government opened up
massive animosity, hate and other reprisal against the Ofumes because
of the problem in Nigeria and the resistance which the Ofumes and
several national and international NGOs have launched against this
criminal that tried to dehumanize them. Dr. Ofume has been mounting
his campaign for the Election for the President of Nigeria 2007 or
thereafter next presidential election (see Dr. Phillip Ofume's
Political Manifesto by accessing the websites below #77). Due to the
huge secret and open businesses – communications, mines, power, etc
the Canadian government has boasted to murder any Nigerian that
desires to become the President of Nigeria with its support.
m. The Prime Minister of Canada ordered the forcible seizure
and possession of the Ofumes' and their enterprises home, goods,
properties and cash valued over $11million on December 17, 2003. One
of the secrets embedded in the seizure and possession is to move the
Ofumes to accessible place (apartment room) like prison where he will
conduct Nazi action of pumping dangerous gas/Chemical directly against
them to kill them. The Canadian government has persisted in pumping
dangerous and deadly gas/chemical on the Ofumes (six children and Dr.
& Mrs. Ofume). Further information on this cruelties maybe accessed at
the websites below #1 to #76.
3. CANADIAN GOVERNMENT IS ONE OF THE PRIME SUSPECTS ON THE MURDER OF
MR. & MRS. ABIOLA BECAUSE OF BUSINESS COMPETITION AND SECURITY OF THE
CANADIAN BUSINESSES IN NIGERIA.
a. Inside and outside Canada the Canadian opposition groups
that prefer to remain securely and permanently anonymous have
contributed a lot in unearthing the atrocities committed by the
Canadian government against Nigeria (North, West, East, Middle Belt,
Southern Minority, etc). The chameleon role by the Canadian
government is uncovered in the planning and building of the law
schools in Northern Nigeria. The Publishers interviewed some of the
Canadians who were shipped to Nigeria in early 1960s to 1980s. The
Publishers had lengthy interview with the builders and planners of the
Northern Nigeria's law school. The curricula were designed and put in
place including democratic Sharia Law, which is a good Islamic Law to
control a nation drifting to looting of treasuries, lack of family
value and crimes. Surprisingly, the same Canadian media which is 100%
controlled and funded by the Canadian government has been telling the
world that Sharia Law is a primitive, undemocratic and unconventional
law.
b. In 1989, latter-day information revealed that the Canadian
government trailed Dr. Phillip Ofume to the United States of America
purpose of assassinating him but failed to succeed in this dirty
action because Dr. Ofume is closely guided by God Almighty.
c. Dr. Ofume has developed kin interest in the talent,
industry, kindness and hospitality of Chief MKO Abiola and how his
know-how would have made Nigeria paradise less than two years after
his swearing in as the President of Nigeria.
d. In the US 1989 and 1990, Dr. Ofume visited a of the
facility belonging to Chief MKO Abiola and read Chief MKO Abiola life.
As Dr. Ofume left Chief Abiola's property and rushed for fast launch,
two men met him on the way and one of them spoke English with deep
assent and when they were exchanging oral particulars, Dr. Ofume found
that they were French and English Canadians but are able to speak both
languages. They said that their hometowns were Quebec and Hamilton and
that they are staff of the foreign trade and development of Canadian
government.
e. They (Canadians) started discussing the Canadian businesses
in Nigeria and political program in place then in Nigeria. Dr. Ofume
allowed them do much of the talking with little contribution to
resolve few points because they were raising infuriating issues and
erroneously challenging religion, cultural, constitutional economic,
political, ethnic and traditional conflicts in Nigeria without
knowledge of the issue to be raised.
f. Without the knowledge of these conflicts, they rushed in
another question and indirectly said, "we saw you leaving Mr. Abiola's
business property when were buying gas in the gas station beside the
property…are you one of the Abiolas". Dr. Ofume answered them, only
"no".
g. Swiftly, they jumped into Nigerian politics and politics in
Nigeria. On this point, they disclosed the shocking relationships
between their government and Nigeria and Nigerian people and
organizations. They mentioned the names of Nigerians who they called
the friends of Canada. The French man said, "my government and our
companies have conflict of interest with Mr. Abiola and his people".
Dr. Ofume asked him to list the areas of conflict. The English
Canadian rushed to answer the question and he said, "We conflict with
him on his business and political ideology…if he became the leaders of
Nigeria we will suffer."
g. The French Canadian who was more conscious and diplomatic
stopped the English Canadian from punching different lead holes on the
relationships between Canadian government and Nigeria and Nigerian
people and organizations. He variously stopped him when he accused Ken
Saro-Wiwa of disrupting foreign businesses, the discussion was
abruptly terminated, and they left.
h. There is invasive position staged by the Canadian
government in Nigeria and Canada because of the questionable and weak
position of certain leaders of Nigeria on campaign for freedom and
democracy. The scaring imbalance is that over 98% of Nigerians with
strings of highbred academic and professional qualifications and
experiences in Canada are living under starvation wages (welfare or
social assistance with only one food ration per day for few days per
month) and some without income and others dying under indentured slave
labour (taxi driving, mortuary attendant, toilet cleaning, etc). The
less than 2% Nigerians hired across Canada are hired under secret
agency and cosmetic equity employment and they are paid over 56% below
the pay of the white counterpart on the same job without opportunity
to repatriate money to families in Nigeria. In Canada, work and income
checks and other social assistance remunerations are kept tightly and
harshly secret to extent that indirectly it is "punishable by death
penalty."
i. Directly and indirectly, due to fear of reprisal by these
Nigerians that are highly mistreated across Canada, secret sanction or
national security certificate has been placed on them to prevent them
from traveling to Nigeria or relocating to safe country. The weakness
of Nigerian government and its diplomatic mission is that Nigerians in
Canada are dehumanized economically, socially, and psychologically
whereas Canadians in Nigeria have high paying job and economic clout
with no or minimum or weak educational qualifications including paying
their salaries on hard international currencies to make them earn over
8000% over Nigerian counterpart on the same job.
4. RATING OF CANADA IN INTERNATIONAL RELATION AND DIPLOMACY
a. Majority of the countries and leaders have rejected
Canada because of their secret repressive action and persistent
murder, genocide, torture and terrorist forms of racism, racial
discrimination, xenophobia and related cruelty against the First
Nation, Metis, Inuit, Blacks, Arabs, Filipino and related racial
groups and foreign investors, professionals and experts.
b. To campaign for the civil liberties of the communities
mentioned in subpara 4(a), the Publishers have exhausted the domestic
mechanism (Boards, Tribunal, Commissions, Small Claim Court,
Provincial Criminal and Civil Courts, Provincial Supreme Courts, Court
of Appeals, federal Court, Tax Courts, Supreme Court of Canada, etc)
and international mechanism by originating complaint against Canada at
the United Nations and secured three (3) UN Special Rapporteurs and
three (3) UN Reports and called for the arrest of the Prime Minister
of Canada Paul Martin, Kofi Annan and others (see the websites below).
