WebSphere HTTP Server - page unavailable

Users are occassionally getting "Page Unavailable" when filling out forms
and submitting data to Java applications. if they hit the back button, they
can reenter the info and the app often continues to completion. but it is
time consuming and frustrating to the users. we are running an iSeries with
WAS 4 Advanced and the Apache HTTP, and using a connection pool to a 2ns
iSeries that holds the data.
any help appreciated.

The problem is actually an http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?-
scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q305/2/17.AS-
P&NoWebContent=1Internet Explorer bug, but it is brought on by the
SSL3 standard.

Rather than suggest all of your users patch their browsers, I would
suggest changing your SSL directive to SSL2 in your conf files.
