Hi, Im quite new to this game as well and I hope someone will help me with
my problem.

When I doublclick the Setup icon (in the ihs/skit folder) to install the IBM
HTTP Server, I get this pop window:

Severe:
usage: setup.exe <APP_NAME> <ALT_TARGET_DIR>]-
sf1"<path>\setup.iss"

The icon in the skit folder is not in fact the IHS install package, but a
subpackage that gets kicked off from IHS install. Imagine you need to go
into the ihs directory, and issue the appropriate command to start the
install (probably Java -jar setup.jar).
