Author HTTPAdmin GUI & Creating a WAS V5 Express NEW Server

I have verified that I have all of the PTFs required, Cummulative as
well as Group, however when I display the HTTPAdmin GUI interface
there is no option to create a NEW Express server yet the
documentation that I access from the web identifies this as the
easiest way to setup a new WAS V5 Express Server and connect it to a
HTTP web server.

I am on V5R2 OS/400 with Cum C3252520 & WAS Grp PTF Level 11(with HTTP
PTF group level 11, Java group PTF level 14, and DB2 UDB group PTF
level 10). I can activate the default Apache HTTP server and it runs
with no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA!

Previously, the administration interface powered by ASF Tomcat was
started with Java Developer Kit (JDK) version 1.2. JDK 1.3 is now
preferred. With JDK 1.3 installed, you will be able to create an
instance of WebSphere Application Server - Express. JDK 1.3 is
packaged in product 5722-JV1 option 5.
