blank application status

| When I use the HTTP console to look at the WAS 5.0 Express server, I'm
running into a problem. When I got to Manage Installed Applications, the
column label Status is blank. It should have something like "Running" or
"Stopped" with a green or red circle. When I click on the radio button by
an application, the only buttons I see below the application table are
Install and Refresh. No Start or Stop. I know that the application is
running, but I can't stop it. I can't use the Administrative Console,
because it tells me that it's not running, but I can't start it because that
button isn't here. The console works fine on another LPAR, but not here.
Any ideas?

| Rob,
Application Management is a known problem right now. This problem has
been fixed in a new PTF. What OS/400 version are you running on?

| Syed,
We're running V5R2. We have WAS Express on 2 LPARs. On one, the status
shows. On the other, there is no status. Maybe the same PTF's are not
applied to both?
