| I think it's talking about the JAVA_HOME where you're trying to run the
ikeyman.

How did you set it? Which platform is this? and what did you do to launch
ikeyman after setting the variable?

That leaves the question about how did you set it and if you rebooted the
machine before starting ikeyman.

| To set the JAVA_HOME,I went to
System properties-->Advanced-->Environment Variables-->New System Variable
and then add the variable JAVA_HOME and set the value to the path to jdk
bin folder.
And yes I rebooted the system after making this change.

| JAVA_HOME should not point to the bin directory. It's the directory
CONTAINING the bin directory, i.e. the parent of the bin directory. That
way applications can form %JAVA_HOME%\bin and %JAVA_HOME%\lib. The bin
directory should be added to the PATH as %JAVA_HOME%\bin.

| You should set you JAVA_HOME variable to the jdk folder and not jdk bin
folder.
