On the "HTTP Server: What's New" page, there's an item regarding
"...ability to set CGI jobs' library list." I've browsed the docs, but
don't find specific mention of this. Does this refer to the
CgiInitialUrl directive? If so, what about the admonitions that a cgi
process shouldn't leave the environment in an altered state?
