Hi,

I tried to set our local date format using LogFormat directive with
%{...}t and by setting LC_ALL but it remains US.
Docs said %{...}t uses strftime format and it can be localized, but it
seems not working with IBM HTTP Server.
Please advise. Thanks in advance,
