WebSphere HTTP Server - 500 error with CGI and SSL

Hi,
I am getting a 500 error while i'm trying to run a CGI.
This error occurs only when the I'm on a SSL session with a client certificate submitted.
But it doesn't occurs when I'm on a SSL session with no client certificate.

The error.log gives me:
(22)Invalid argument: couldn't create child process: 22: cgi.exe, referer: https://myIP/page.html
(22)Invalid argument: couldn't spawn child process: E:/apps/webservers/static/secure/cgi-bin/cgi.exe, referer: https://myIP/page.html

I'm using IHS 2.0.42.2 with WAS 5.0 and Windows 2000
