ikeyman import error of certificate

| We have having a problem - which basically makes the system unusable -
where we cannot import a certificate from verisign - we have had their
support involved and they finally threw up their hands. The error
message is of course very useful - "error while processing x509
certificate". We have looked everywhere for some type of doc, or way to
find out what the problem is. We have also tried certificates from
other CA with the same error result. I am pretty sure the ikeyman piece
of junk is the problem, but know of no way to get around it.
Has anyone else has similar issues? Or are we doing something wrong -
like following the instructions. This has been going on now for a week
and have not been able to get anybody at IBM that can help either.
If anyone has any thoughts, ideas, on how to find the error - or better
still a way to get around it - it would be greatly appreaciated.
Thanks

| Well - we answered our own problem. The problem is definately with the
ikeyman software. We got around the problem by going through 6 or 7
steps. It's a little to complicated to post here. IF someone has the
problem shoot me an email, and I will forward the doc we created (very
informal) to handle the issue.
