I am new to iKeyman. I am trying to implement SSL using thawte trial certificate. I am getting an error during the certificate receive process. I am providing the steps I followed:

1. Created a new kdb file.
2. Created a new personal certificate request in the form of .arm file.
3. Copied the .arm file contents to the request text box in the Thawte website and obtained the CA-signed certificate.
4. When I try to receive the CA-signed certificate to key database file, I am receiving the error:

"A database validation error occurred"

5. When I used verisign trial certificate instead of thawte, I got the error:

"request key file in not present"

I followed the steps again and again. Still error persists.
Am I missing something. Can somebody please help me to rectify this?
