Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can find the error
reason codes for command CFGHTTPSCH and what they mean?

Doug,
The second level text of the message contains the text for the reason
code.
For example, if the first level text says that the failure was for
"reason code: GTRxxx", the second level text shows "Reason: The index
directory is not found".
