Author GSK failed to load - plugin issue

We have installed the IBM HTTP server on our AIX box and are trying to get
an SSL connection from the web server to our Websphere 4.0.7 AE server (on a
different physical AIX box). We have setup the SSL ports on the application
server and setup SSL on the web side, as well as configuring the plugin to
use SSL, but when we re-start the web server we get an error that it cannot
load GSK.

We have GSK version 7 on the box and it's in the /usr/lib directory, and the
/usr/lib directory was added to the path.

I have no idea why it can't find the GSK libraries. Has anyone worked with
this or know why it might not be able to find GSK?

The file that we used to install gsk came with the IBM HTTP server and was
labelled gskta.rte.
