Your certificate validation date is too long. Mine was a 50 year certificate and I received the same error:
"The validity period does not include today or does not fall within the issuer's validity period"

You need to decrease the validity date of the certificate to 10 years or less. One of my colleagues is using a 10 year certificate (which does work). I reduced the validity date of mine to one year and gskit5 took the certificate without errors.
