Author Exception while applying software updates to WSAD after Websphere

Hi,

I have installed Websphere Commerce Studio 5.5. When I am applying
required software updates to WSAD i.e Mandatory Post Installation tasks,
I am getting the following exception
---
Error parsing site stream.:[org.xml.sax.SAXException: The XML stream is
not a valid default site.xml. The root tag is not site]
unable to access site
"file:C:/WebSphere/Studio5/eclipse/site.xml"[java.io.FileNotFoundException:C:/WebSphere/Studio5/eclipse/site.xml(The
system cannot find the file specified)]
---- where C:/WebSphere/Studio5 is the install_directory of WSAD.

Any ideas how to fix this?
