commerce 5.5 page caching?

| I disabled dynamic caching, after I made some change to a jsp page, I cleaned the browser cache, and then I hit the page, but the change is not reflected. I have to restart the server for the change to take place. Why?

try to set the following params of ibm-web-ext.xmi in stores/web-inf
reloadInterval="15" reloadingEnabled="true"
