Currently running WCS 5.1 on AIX. We are supposedly running the latest
fixpack but whenever I query the SITE table it tells me the version number
is 5.1.0.1. Should the fixpack update this version number or do I need to
look somewhere else?

I realize your question has already been answered, but in a shameless plug
for the Problem Determination paper I wrote about WebSphere Commerce.... I'm
posting a link to it in the hopes it will help you and other WebSphere
Commerce customers.
Please look at this paper, it has the answer to your question and many
others.
