Is there any way for a non-WCS application (standard WAS app) to retrieve
the site merchant key? I know in WCS, you can get the key by doing this:

WcsApp.configProperties.getValue("Instance/MerchantKey")

Didn't know if there was any way to get it from within another application
(running under separate JVM).

Well you could just parse the instance.xml file and get it.. I believe that
is all WCS does but it encapsulates the configuration into a WcsApp.
