IDResolver and Member table

| A question out of curiosity, why is MEMBER table not in KEYS table?
Because of this we cannot IDResolve MEMBER table.

| Did you check out the Catalog Manager's User Guide.. I don't remember
exactly where I got it on IBM's site (I don't think it is a redbook download
though). It has details about the process of loading into the MEMBER table
specifically.
