Issue when create a new payment instance

| When create a new payment instance (WC 5.5.02 for iSeries), I get this error
message :
There was a problem createing the payments instance.
Instance was not vreated. Please correct the error beofe retrying.
But where can I get the decription about this error message?
I tried here, /QIBM/UserData/CommercePayments/V55/instances
but nothing is here.
Can you help?

| The error will be show when porcess to 42%.
what system was doing there when it show 42%?

| Good new : After load latest TPF we get something new
Bad new: it still dose not work, but system shows me some error message from
AS/400 Console
