WebSphere Commerce suite - Auction HighBid

Hello,

I am implementing Auctions in WC 5.4.
There is 2 fields in the table "AUCTION" called HIGHBID_ID. Initially
when an auction is created this column has no value obviously as there
is no high bid. But after bids start being placed, this column gets
updated with the bid_id of the highest bid.
I am unable to find which particular command updates this column with
the best bid_id.

Is anyone aware of this ?
