Has anyone successfully deployed http compression in conjunction with WCS?
I've installed the mod_gzip module into our Apache webserver, but in it's
logs all request to WCS pages report "DECLINED:EXCLUDED", but I cannot
determine what rule is causing this denial. I've enabled compression (I
thought) for $text/html

Anyone?
