Multiple database nodes for WCS 5.5

| I want to set up WCS 5.5 with multiple database nodes. One requirement
is to get all database in sync for e-commerce transactions. Does WCS
itself provide support on this? Or do I need to develop the
functionality using WebSphere MQ, IBM CrossWorlds InterChange Server, or
other tool? I am browsing WCS documents and site for the answer.
However, a quick answer from someone with experience will help me.
Thanks in advance.

| What do you mean by multiple db nodes, are you doing disaster failover.
Typical configuration would require one db server and possible multiple
WAS/HTTP front end machines.
