Trying to use the commerce instance migration tool to move from v5.1 to 5.5.
Currently have custom WCS code that is kept in a directory outside of WCS
install path. I copied the files to <WCS Install Path>/bin/<directory
structure for custom code> (e.g.
/usr/WCS51/bin/com/custom/internet/commands/*.*). Should these be in the
wcbackup51.zip file that gets created by the WCIM tool? Does the script
have to be configured to pick up these files or should they automatically
get zipped up since they are now located under the instance installation
directory?

Thanks.

Hi Anthony.

I confirmed with our migration developers that the answer is no. You will
need to copy your directories into 5.5 manually.
