Getting Errors while opeing WCS Adminconsole

| Hi friends,
Can you pls help on this error, I installed WCS v5.5 on Windows XP including DB2 and WAS and created the commerce instance and payment instance succesfully. After that i try to open the WCS Adminconsole on browser using the following URL:https://host_name:8002/adminconsole, its showing some funny chatracters like <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Typ on the page.

| The wcs.log and ecmsg log should provide some insight as to your issues.
Did you create a store, until you publish a sar with StoreServices you
might experience some weirdness with the adminconsole?
