Author Problem: User Does Not Have Authority...

Migrating from WCS v5.1 to WC v5.5 BE and have run into a problem. Within
one of my custom commands I receive the following error (NOTE: this worked
just fine on my v5.1 system):

[3/26/04 9:51:38:181 CST] 62f84a38 CommerceSrvr E AccManager isAllowed
CMN1501E: User 19254518 does not have the authority to perform action
"Display" on resource "com.ibm.commerce.user.beans.UserDataBean" for command
"LogonForm".

[3/26/04 9:51:38:191 CST] 62f84a38 CommerceSrvr E DataBeanManager
directActivate The user does not have the authority to run this command
"com.ibm.commerce.user.beans.UserRegistrationDataBean".

All I'm trying to do is use a couple of databeans to access some of the
fields on the database for a particular user before allowing them to log in.
What am I missing here?

Problem might be that your organization (-2002) is not "subscribed" to
the PolicyGroup that allows you to execute the command on the
resource. Might want to look at the SecurityGuide for more info.

Hope this helps,

This might be obvious to you.. but this always means that some database
update script didn't run properly. I would grep all of the db update
scripts for these beans and figure out which one failed. Then you can
re-run the script. However, I would just redo the install.. who knows what
else is messed up. If it is one of your beans (which it appears to be) then
you will need to re-update the db after the conversion.
