Hello,

The error "CMN8216E Failed to send the message using the
SendTransactedMsg command" appears very frequent in the logfiles of
our shop. At the same time we are experiencing problems with the
communication between the shop running on one server and MQS running
on another server.
The strange thing is that this has been working for many months but
since a few weeks the messaging seems to be unstable, sometimes it
works and sometimes it doesn't.

The problem is that I am very unexperienced with the Commerce Suite
(have only been working on the shop frontend) so I don't know what
could be wrong. The network connection should be fine, the load on the
servers is low, diskspace is available and so on. Everything has been
restarted recently besides the MQS server, after that it seemed to
work better for two days but now the error again occurs very
frequently.

I don't know what information would be useful to provide. We are
running version 5.4 on AIX, the shop, MQS, the payment server and
Oracle all running on separate machines. Below I will paste the full
stack trace, in case it is of any help.

If somebody could give me a hint on how to approach this problem I'd
be grateful.

Thanks in advance,
Torsten

Hi again,

I gave it a try and restarted the MQ Server and our "Custom MQ
Application", now the error does not occur anymore and all messages
are sent correctly.

It seems after running for several months that MQ Server/Application
has become unstable and now it is running normal again.
