Environment: Running WC v5.5 on AIX 5.2

I have noticed that when deploying JSP changes (just copying files to the
server) that I have to stop/start the commerce application in order for my
changes to be picked up. Shouldn't my pages recompile simply whenever a
newer version of the file exists on the server? If so, what setting(s)
should I be looking at in order for that to happen.

I have tried checking the "Reload enabled" option, and changing the "reload
interval" to 0. It still does not work. I don't know where else to look.

I have other WAS 5.0 applications that pick up JSP changes immediately
whenever a newer file gets FTP'd out to the server. That is what makes this
confusing.

Thanks for the help.
