Andrew,

I believe SE stands for Special Edition, not much help there :-) The SE
edition is the de-blaze Edtion, which came out about 2 months later. IBM
managed to develop all the functionality that came with the Blaze tools, and
packaged it without the Blaze engine in the SE edition.
