Will WC 5.6 run w/WAS 5.1 or just 5.0, what about with WAS Enterprise

The installation documentation for WC 5.6 says that Commerce 5.6 does
not support WAS 5.1 and it does not support WAS Enterprise Edition but I
would like to know if it works or not.
