This is my case... I hope can help me.
I have DB2 UDB v7.1.0.98 over AIX 5.1 with many client using was.
The problem is a straight process with the next characteristics:
Application handle = 0
Application ID = 0AE8D9FE.05C7.050930232938
Sequence number = 0001
Application name = javaw.exe
Authorization ID = ATIEMPO
Application status = Transaction Prepared
Status change time =
Application code page = 1252
Locks held = 0
Total wait time (ms) = 0
Furthermore this application has 2 IX locks acquired over two user tables and some rows locks.
The problem is that process don't appear in "db2 list application" only see his information using get snapshot.
And finally is inmortal ..
This appl handle appear when any type of connection is do .. i.e db2bp local or remote or another..
And I can kill this process to free locks on user tables.
I try eliminating all websphere server and studio but nothing give another result.
Please give a hand with this.
