Where can one download CacheMonitor.ear for WAS 5.1?

| I am trying to install CacheMonitor but the CacheMonitor.ear doesn't exist in my development environment. Is it available for download or is there a plug-in or install file that installs it?

| I played around with this a few months ago. I installed the
CacheMonitor.ear from the command line using wsadmin and was able to get
servlets cached. JSPs didn't want to show up in the monitor so I still
had some work left when I gave up. Never went back to playing on this
task. I didn't have problems installing the ear.

| Copy the CacheMonitor.ear from a production install over to the
\installableApps directory on the dev machine.

| Thanks Robert. I tried doing this but our production install team could only manage to give me an unpacked directory called "Dynamic Cache Monitor - Stage APP01".ear which contains 2 directories: CacheMonitor.war and META-INF. But I need the CacheMonitor.
ear file itself.
