| I use coupon promotion in WCS Express 5.6.1. But I don't know how to redeem
the coupon when check out. I have searched the information for long time,
but not know yet. Any help will be appreciated

Customers should automatically have the option to redeem valid coupons during checkout. There is no configuring or programming necessary by an administrator or developer.
If your customers do not seem to have the option of redeeming coupons, you should check to see that the coupon has not expired and that the coupon still exists within the customer's 'coupon wallet'. Also, if you have modified the JSPs for the checkout pag
es, you may have inadvertently removed the code that gives the user the option to use the coupon for his or her purchase.
