Hi,

I'm trying to install WCS 5.4 with DB2 7.2 with FixPack 8. Commerce Server
seems to work correcty, however
we have a big product load script ( via massload ) that sometimes gets
halted.

The process doesn't arise any exception and the logs doesn't show any
problem. The massload process seems to
be waiting for something that never happens and we think that this can be a
DB2 deadlock. We red something in
the commerce support page about WCS 5.4 and DB2 FixPack 8 but we don't know
what do ...

Do anyone knows what can we do? Anyone have had this problem?

Thanks in advance

Saludos Carlos,

That fixpack is "no bueno" for that version of commerce you should be on a
lower supported fixpack

DB2 Version 7 with fix pack 6 (7.1.0.60).

Available here.

http://www.ibm.com/cgi-bin/db2www/d...port/v7fphist.d
2w/report

This requires a full reinstall of the database server but should only
require you to back up your databases and then restore them after the
installation to be successful.

Respeto,

geo
