Hi Matt,

So the business requirements state the user to stay logged in but to have
their shopping cart magically disappear after 15 minutes of inactivity? I
guess my question becomes why does the shopping cart have to disappear after
15 minutes, maybe that will help to better define the appropriate scalable
solution. Do you expect a light load or will the site you are creating
being getting a blurb on Oprah or American Idol any time soon?

want the user's session to ever timeout. *shudder* I know...you don't even
have to say anything. Sometimes the biggest problem has nothing to do with
technology, just the people in charge of it.
