How to speed up display of Users pages in Admin Console in WCS Pro Ed. V5.4?

In the Admin Console - Access Management - Users, the pages display very slowly when navigating from page to page and when going to a specific page. Is there any way to speed this up? We are running WCS Pro Edition version 5.4.
