Scheduling ReleaseToFulfillment command is not enough. I found that it ignores orders with status 'Payment Approved' as long as Availability To Promise (ATP) is turned off in the store. So even if you don't need this functionality you must enable it by mo
difying a record in STORES table by inserting a value greater than 0 in the column 'ALLOCATIONFORGOOD'.

Don't ask me why it's that way...
