Can anyone offer a suggestion as to how to setup a member as tax exempt? Our store has a variety of customers that are tax exempt (schools, etc.). Thanks for any advice...

Hey Mark,

Best to setup your schools as member groups in MBRGRP and get the
CALCODEMGP and CALRULEMGP tables updated so your calculations are
separated across those mbrgrp_ids. Your TAXJCRULE and jurisdiction
tables should be setup and working correctly for taxation.

User management (adding users to these tax exempt groups) could be an
administrative nightmare if you have thousands to consider. Automating
the process can be done in a number of ways by overriding a task command
here or there. Don't mean to be vague...just haven't seen the business
requirements at a level of detail to suggest a close architectural
direction.
