freeze when i save a data in websphere commerce accelerator

| Hi all,
When i edit and save a data in websphere commmerce accelerator, the message "loading" appear, there is no error anywhere. But i'm running into some problems, the message wants to stop and the modification wasn't apply. It like a freeze screen without err
or message.
also i change a sheet, message appears: "You changes will be lost, do you want to continue?". I click "yes", but nothing change...i can't quit or exit the websphere commerce accelerator page.
Has anyone had this scenario before? And if so, can you recommend anything?

| Look at your SystemOut.log (or Toolkit's Console) for stack traces
related to the error in Accelerator. From there you can debug the
problem. Accelerator is not bug free...just like everyone else working
in WC.
